This week I couldn't stop reading this book because of the things that happened. The main character Julie was getting more and more closer to Mike but there were things getting in between them. The mysterious phone calls Julie has been receiving reached over 20 messages. Julie was in a huge panic and knew it was Richard who was doing all this. On night when Mike and his band had a show at the cafe, Richard followed them. As he came up to Julie, she started yelling at him and accusing him of following her. He declined everything Julie said and that is what made Mike upset. Mike jumped off stage and hit Richard as hard as he could. That night the police came to their house and took Mike to prison. It is still not sure if Mike will go to prison but because Richard had better lawyers it is very likely. A few days after that Julie goes alone to take her dog Singer for a walk and ends up seeing Richard. he begs her to start over again and he even calls her Jessica which before in the story told us that that was his ex wife that he had some trouble with and tried to hurt her. While Julie tells him he is crazy Richard gets a little upset but the appearance of some Julie's friend stops him from doing anything bad. Another thing that proves how insane Richard is, is the fact that he is dating Andrea, one of Julie's friends. He thinks of her as Julie and doesn't let her talk. The night they were together he didn't let her speak and when she said a word he would hold her very hard that she would get bruises. While Mike's and Julie's relationship gets even stronger thing between Richard and Julie are worse than ever. I think that it is becoming more clear about what Richard thinks about Julie. He thinks of her as his wife who he didn't have a really good relationship with.

Reflect: On what you have read over the past week
Consider the following questions:
- What do you think about what you have read?
- Has your recent reading fulfilled your expectations?
- What do you expect for your continued reading?
- How satisfied are you with what you have read?
The questions that I had while reading this is why is Richard acting so insane? What happened with Jessica? Will Mike go to prison? I really liked this part of the book because it made me think more deep into the story and made me want to read more.
