In this book, which is the third one of The Hunger Games trilogy, Katniss finds herself rescued and brought to the secret rebel underground base of District 14. There she leaves with her sister, her mum and gale. She helps the rebels by representing "The Mockingjay" but under some conditions. Later in the book they succed to rescue peeta from the capitol where he has been tortured, but once again the luck is not on katniss' side since Peeta's memories have been deformed and he thinks she is a mutt that wants to kill him. Finally the ware between the capitol and the districts is declared and katniss is sent with other soldiers to invade the Capitol , doing everything she can to kill president snow. Who will die? Who will survive? Will she succeed and make the right decisions? Will Peeta ever become normal again?

Sounds really good. I have only read the first one and soon I will get the second and the third one. So I am really looking forward to both books.
ReplyDeleteI love that book!! I read the 1st and the 2nd this summer. I'm reading the third right now. There's an interesting twist in the plot ;)
