The Da Vinci Code-- Blog Post 2

Book Title- The Da Vinci Code
Author- Dan Brown
Pages- 454
Know I am very close the middle of the book. It keeps on getting more exited which makes me want to keep on reading. The protagonist, Robert Langdon is a suspect of the murder of Jacques Sauniere, the owner of the biggest museum of art in the world. The Louvre. Jacques was murdered in the Louvre but left clues behind him for his granddaughter Sophie Naveu. She believes that Langdon has nothing to do with the murder of her grandfather and helps him escape the Louvre where he is trapped by the head of the French police. Together they try to solve the murder and unscramble the clues Jacques left behind for them to solve. Together they figure out where more clues lay and keep on getting closer to the murderer. While they are trying to solve a murder Silas the other main character visits the Notre Dame where Sister Sindrinne lives. He visits so he could find the Key Stone.

He assures sister Sindrinne that he needs some time to himself to pray. But the sister is very smart and stays to see what the stranger is about to do. Silas locates the key stone but then faces one problem. How does he get it out without Sister Sindrinne hearing him? The stone is hidden underneath the floor of the Notre Dame. Will Sofia and Langdon solve the murder and will Silas get the key stone? I need to read on to find out more!

  1. As I said before, this sounds like a very interesting book. I don't get why Silas needs the key stone?
