So, to continue where we left off. When Ben's and Rachel's uncle saw the two unfamiliar kids, from the fear and excitement, he fainted. When he woke up he asked Ben and Rachel:
"Are the ghosts gone?"
Ben and Rachel figured that 'the ghosts' were actually Freddy and Polly, the two kids who got unfrozen. Well, they were not gone. It turned out that in the period which Polly and Freddy lived, they had a 3-year old cousin. Well, that cousin was Uncle Jerome, Ben's and Rachel's uncle. Uncle Jerome recognized his two cousins, but thought they were dead because in the newspaper, it was said that a man killed two kids . Polly and Freddy. That man who was a suspect was their father.
When Uncle Jerome told the 4 kids what happened, the kids inspected the house. Rachel slept in the room where Polly used to sleep. Ben slept in the bedroom where Freddy's father slept. You can imagine how unusual it is to see a house in which you lived in 50 years ago, but these 50 years are only a day for you. In one day, many new inventions got created. And the weirdest thing, someone else is living in your house.
At one moment, Polly remembered something. She ran toward Freddy and shouted:
"Freddy, we need to go back, we forgot Bess."
Freddy looked like he was angry at himself. Ben and Rachel wondered who Bess was. Their sister?
When they came back down into the whole, they realized who Bess was. A little black Labrador. This time the 4 kids didn't come down alone in the hole. Uncle Jerome followed them. When he saw the room with frozen boxes, he was amazed. He loves inventions.
After they arrived to the house, they wanted to research what happened to Freddy's and Polly's father. There was only one problem. They didn't know how. Well,at least until Freddy shouted out:
" Of course, the Ampex"
Uncle Jerome, Ben and Rachel shouted in the same time:
"The what?"
They soon figured out that there was something in this house that they do not know and which was here for the past 53 years, a secret room.
Freddy mentioned that they are the only ones who have this machine. Well, at least back then. Ben and Rachel soon found out it was nothing special. It was just a security camera recorder which shows the tape of a camera which was next to the front gate. The film was nothing special for an hour. Then, there came this man who Freddy and Polly recognized as their father. He got into a black car which just drove in front of their house.
This is where I stopped reading. I really look forward to seeing what is going to happen next.
