I just started to read this book on Friday and when I read the back of the book it seemed like a lot of real life stuff. This book was about a twelve year old kid named David. David spent all of his life in a concentration camp in Eastern Europe. He doesn't know anything about the outside world. One day he has given a chance to escape and he uses that chance. When he escapes he is sensing his enemies hot on his heels and David is struggling in the new strange world.
That is how far I read in this book and I think the author Anne Holm has a inspiring story of a brave boys search for freedom and his inspiration.
