At the start of this book 7 new characters are introuduced. 5 of which are improtant to the rama mission General Borzov Francesca, a reporter, Reiggie Wilson, Otto Heilman military man, and Micheal Ryan Otool airfoce general. The concern at the begining of the book is that the Ramas have returned to Earth once again. Ther first time they only observed the human race. But know the humans believe that they had come to Earth to concour it. When really they have only come to observe humans even in more detail.

If i would have Rate book I would rate it a 9/10 this book is great. It has won plenty of awords,and certificates, with its great literature and descriptive information.
