outside reading Daniel Harbers

Recently I have started the book 1984. It follows Winston Smith an average worker in a universe in which the world has become one big camera. Nothing could be done or said without the government knowing about it. Anyone who did something they did not like was burned and their history deleted. There were no laws only expectations. No one knew the year in which they are in. Winston believes its 1984 but no one knows. The scary thing about this tale is that even though it was written a while ago parts of the book can be found today.
